Taz Elite Clear choices around embedded media.
Taz Elite uses a small number of third-party services to provide social content and the optional Taz’s Mix music player.
Taz’s Mix and YouTube: The music player uses the official YouTube IFrame Player API with YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain when compatible. Loading or playing embedded media may allow YouTube to receive technical playback information such as the visitor’s IP address, browser details, and interactions with the player. Autoplay can begin this data exchange before a visitor presses a player control.
Your controls: The player includes play, pause, stop, mute, volume, minimize, and direct YouTube controls. Volume and minimized preferences are stored locally in the browser. Temporary playlist position, playback time, playing state, and whether music was enabled are stored only for the current browser session.
Storage: Taz’s Mix stores no account information, advertising profile, or unnecessary personal data. Clearing local or session storage removes the saved player preferences and temporary playback state.
External platforms: Direct links and embeds from YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord are governed by those platforms’ own privacy terms. Visitors can use the direct platform links instead of the embedded features when preferred.
